Meeting rooms in the Atlantic County Library System provide an opportunity for bringing together resources of Atlantic County Government and the activities of the community. When these rooms are not used for library functions, we make them available for use by non-profit groups holding meetings of a civic, cultural, or educational nature.
The Atlantic County Library System has meeting rooms available for community use at 6 of our branches:
- Brigantine
(Maximum occupancy 100 persons) - Egg Harbor Township
(Maximum occupancy 50 persons) - Galloway Township
(Maximum occupancy 90 persons) - Hammonton
(Maximum occupancy 50 persons) - Mays Landing
(Maximum occupancy 150 persons) - Pleasantville
(Maximum occupancy 75 persons)

- If you are interested in reserving one of our meeting rooms, you must review and agree to the Regulations Covering Meeting Rooms.
- The Meeting Room Application must be faxed, mailed or hand-delivered to the branch at which you wish to reserve the meeting room. It can not be submitted online. A list of library branch addresses, directions, hours of operation, and phone numbers are available here.
- If you prefer, you can complete the form online prior to printing. However, you must print the form so you can sign it. Unsigned forms will not be accepted.
- This form must be reviewed and approved by the library before you should consider the meeting room reserved. Please review the following statement carefully:
