Issued Sommons [sic]  in the Above Case Returnable 
Before me on the Fifteenth Day of July at two
Oclock [sic] In the afternoon July the 10 1865 return 
The within Served on the Defendant wife at his
residence by reading and leaving A Coppy [sic] with
him H Shaw Constable

July the fifteenth filed his State of
Demands the Defendant fild [sic] no plea But [hled]
For A nonsuit on miss [Shelig] of Morris But
not granted then the Defendant put of the trial
two weeks and got it [Subspena] for [kendria Adam]

the plantiff [sic] at two oclock [sic] And with Drew
the Suit And paid the cost of one
