Using your library account
NOTE:
In order to use Review Your Account or Renew Your Materials, you will need your full, 14 digit, library card barcode number and your PIN. Your PIN is usually the last 4 digits of your phone number.
What to do if you don't remember your PIN or your PIN doesn't work.
1. Access your e-Library account login
  • Access your library account using the My Library Account link found on every web page.

2. Log in to e-Library

  • Enter your full, 14 digit library card barcode number with no spaces
  • Enter your 4 digit PIN
  • Click "Login to Member Services" button

3. Choose the "My Account" link

  • Once logged in, it's easy to get back to the "My Account" page. Find the link on any page and click it.

4. "My Account" Options - review and/or renew

From the "My Account" options page you can choose to review your account or renew your materials.


  • From Review My Account link you can see any alerts on your account, plus a summary of Checkouts and holds. You can use the tabs at the top to flip through or click the links.

  • From Renew My Materials link you can choose what item(s) to renew.
    Note: Some items are not eligible for renewal.

Privilege has expired message?


If you see 'privilege has expired' when you attempt to place a hold or renew library materials, that means you need to present proof of address, in person, at one of our branches.

Privilege expired?
Presenting proof of address is a security feature we require all patrons to do once a year. See this page for acceptable forms of proof of address.
