My Account fix for eLibrary Users
Having difficulty using the My Account features in eLibrary? Try these tips to see what you have checked out, renew items, and/or place holds.

Without knowing your particular computer setup, it is a little difficult to be precise, but our best recommendations are:

  1. Try a new and different web browser. Try the newest Firefox. You can download it here http://www.mozilla.com  
  2. Update your Java. It can be downloaded from here http://www.java.com
  3. If steps 1 and 2 do not help, try temporarily disabling your anti-virus to see if it works properly. (Remember to turn it back on!)

  1. What Operating system is your computer? (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, or Mac OSX)
  2. What Web Browser(s) have you tried? (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari for example)
  3. What anti-virus are you using?
