Because of how PINs were previously encrypted, yours may not have transferred accurately to our new system. Patron PINs have been reset to the last four digits of the primary phone number listed on your ACLS account.
If you have trouble signing in to your account or online services, please contact your local library branch — a staff member will be happy to help you update your PIN.
You can also reset it yourself by clicking “Forgot my password” when signing in to your library account online. We recommend you use this as a good opportunity to create a stronger, more secure password.
